Purchase Policy

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Website or Yifang Mobile application ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Online order Policy

Delivery: Yifang mobile app offers pickup order only. Delivery order is offer on third-party delivery partners.

Refund: We’re very sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the transaction is completed. We cannot provide any refund or accept cancellations for our product. If your order is cancelled by the store due to various reasons, you will receive a cancellation notification, the money will automatically be refunded back to you, there is no need to reach out to us for the refund process.  If you paid online with your credit card and your order got cancelled, you will be refunded for the entire purchase within 5-10 business days.

Exchange:  If you receive drinks that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize and we will provide you with the right order. We are responsible for preparing and packaging your drinks. If something is incorrect or you have feedback, please contact us , and we’ll work on it to make things right. In the likelihood of an out of stock product, we can change your order when you reach the store.

 

Return Policies:  No return once the product is sold.  For your satisfaction, we ensure you always get your drinks right according to your order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to contact the store.  Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed.

 

Country and Currency of transaction:  All transactions are in Canadian Currency ( CAD ).
